Thank you for your interest in our company (“Enchore SE”, “we” or “us”). Our top priority, in addition to company investments, is the protection of your personal data. You will therefore find important information on the processing and protection of your personal data below.
This data protection declaration applies from 9 May 2019 both to our website and other contact enquiries, as well as to the personal data processed in the course of the contractual relationship and its preparation. The terms we have chosen correspond to the definitions of Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When do we process your personal data and for what purposes?
The personal information you provide will be used exclusively for the purposes described below and only for other purposes if you have given your consent.
We process your personal data when you use our website to process your contact enquiries and in the context of contract preparation. Furthermore, we process your personal data in order to contact you. We usually contact you by post, e-mail or telephone. If you contact us with an application, we process your data to carry out the application procedure.
* If you decide to use our contact form on our website, you decide which data you provide to us. We process your personal data in order to process your contact request. (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 letters a, b GDPR) However, in order to successfully process your contact request, it is necessary to provide at least your first and last name, your e-mail address and your telephone number.
* If you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is in our legitimate interest to process this data if it is necessary for the performance of the contract. Provided that there are no legal regulations to the contrary, we will inform this third party about the processing of its personal data. (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR)
* We also process your personal data in order to contact you. We will contact you for advertising purposes – for sending newsletters and information – if we believe that these might be of interest to you. In addition, we will contact you to answer your contact requests, as well as in the context of contract preparation and implementation. (Legal basis: Art. Art. 6 para. 1 letters a, b, f GDPR)
* Finally, in the case of an application, we process the personal data that you provide to us exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process. For this purpose we will also contact you to keep you informed about the progress of your application. In the event of a successful application, your application documents will be added to your staff file. (Legal basis: Art. Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR)
Your data is protected by firewalls and appropriate data security measures. We make every effort to ensure a particularly high level of data security. Of course, incoming and outgoing emails are also checked for malware.
To whom do we send your personal data?
In special exceptional cases, which we agree with you in advance, we transmit your personal data to third parties, unless this is already provided for otherwise by law, contract or this Privacy Policy. We regularly use the services of third parties to contact you, and the processing of personal data is carried out by these third parties. In particular, we use third-party software for e-mail and word processing.
We also use the services of external payroll and financial accountants. This is necessary to fulfill our legal obligation for proper accounting. If it is necessary for bookkeeping in the context of the execution of your order, there is therefore the possibility that personal data may also be transferred from you to our payroll and financial accountants. In the interests of data economy, we are of course obliged to transfer only the data necessary for accounting purposes to our payroll and financial accounting department. Should your personal data be transferred to third parties outside the EU or the EEA, we will ensure before the transfer that a level of protection comparable to the European data protection regulations – in particular the GDPR – exists at the headquarters of the third party. In particular, we examine whether the European Commission has confirmed such a level of protection by means of a corresponding adequacy decision, Art. 45 DGPR. The transfer can also be carried out without such a check, provided you have given your consent.
Finally, we may also be obliged to transfer data, which may include your personal data, to public authorities. This data will be transferred if this is necessary within the scope of the legal mandate of these public bodies. (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR)
What rights do you have?
In accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 letter b GDPR, in the following we draw your attention to your rights as a data subject: 1. you have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the further information specified in Art. 15 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. para. 1 of the GDPR. 2. accordingly. with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data that concerns you. We will of course make every effort to keep your data constantly up to date. Please help us by letting us know of any changes concerning your data. All you need to do is send an email to: info@enchore.com. 3. according to Art. 17 GDPR, you also have the right to demand that we delete data concerning you immediately. Alternatively, you can demand a restriction on the processing of the data in accordance with and subject to the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR. 4. finally, you have the right to request to receive data concerning you that you have provided to us in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR and to request that it be transferred to other data controllers. 5. incidentally, you have the right at any time, acc. to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority at any time in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. 6. you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with. Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO with effect for the future.
Right to object
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your specific situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you carried out on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. We shall no longer process personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons for processing which are worthy of protection and which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
